OUR PROMISE TO YOU

01. RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

02. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

03. HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

STEP 1

Contact our customer service team at returns@lowv.com with your order number

STEP 2

We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping label

STEP 3

Pack your items securely with all original packaging and tags

STEP 4

Attach the provided shipping label to your package

STEP 5

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location

04. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

05. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please contact us at exchanges@lowv.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.

06. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
